Before our trip to Japan, a friend of us recommended us the check out oldest Oden restaurant in Osaka.
We tried it, absolutely A must eat in Japan! TAKOUME OSAKA DOTONBURI
The restaurant is located at the Dotonburi Street. But it is quite hard to spot on, as this is A japan vintage wooden shoplot fit in between the busy Dotonburi street.
In the end, we found it too!
The restaurant is small and only Limited space available but we are so lucky to have the front seat, facing toward boiling oden pot.
Language definitely not a barrier here, there’s Menu card in multiple languages “Chinese, English and Korean” available.
TIPS: “We finger point toward the hot boiling pot for a dish we want, as we are just right in front of it”
The soup is definitely main attraction here with the compliment of yellow sauce “It taste and smell like Wasabi”. We highly recommend to taste the DAIKON “White carrot”.
